I find that line interesting. Is it, do you imagine, the first line that is the crux of the poem itself, instead of the last line saving the poem from itself? It is an intersting thought.
I'll have to think about your question no. Often there is duality in the aphoristic notion; it can be read two ways. In the simple sense I thought of how a poet will lean too heavily on the last line and try to use it to prop up what is otherwise not a strong offering.
